Communications Specialist EMEA (m/f)
In this role, you will play an integral role in internal and executive communications, employee engagement, employer branding and cultural change for our company.
Job Profile:
- Establishing internal communication strategies that are aligned with the company's values and business objectives
- Creating and maintaining an editorial plan for internal communication
- Owning all relevant internal channels and looking for further creative ways in order to support our internal communication efforts
- Planning, researching, editing, and writing content focusing on, but not limited to, the monthly employee newsletter, intranet, and executive communication material
- Maintaining a network of Internal Communication Champions throughout our international organization
- Working closely with HR on employer branding and cultural change
- Actively contributing to the overall content marketing strategy and its implementation
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism
- Approximately 3–5 year experience in a communications role with strong focus on internal communications in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience in successfully developing and implementing (internal) communications strategies and delivering a range of transformational communication activities
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees
- English and German language skills on a native speaker level are required
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as ability to partner with senior executives
- Experience in editing intranets (Sharepoint); good working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop and excellent command of PowerPoint
